We use disposable needles, the thinnest of all, about the thickness of a hair. We also take every precaution to disinfect and ensure hygiene during treatment.

Acupuncture at our clinic is almost painless. The needles are not inserted any deeper than necessary, and are tailored to your physical condition on that day.

Treatment is possible at a depth of just 1 to 2 mm, stopping at the skin.

Generally, everyday clothing is fine, but please refrain from wearing clothes that are too tight or that do not directly reveal the areas of concern.

(Example: My knee hurts → Wear clothes that can be rolled up to show my knees)

(Example: Problems around the shoulders or neck → Wearing clothes that hide the neck, such as turtlenecks or T-shirts with tight necklines)

There are no side effects, so you may continue living your life as usual after treatment, but please avoid excessive drinking and strenuous exercise as much as possible.

In rare cases, you may feel heavy.
